Is Lewis Capaldi dipping his toes into the fashion industry?
The Scottish singer has left many fans wondering if it could be true after sharing a hilarious carousel of pictures of an alleged call between him and reality star-turned-fashion mogul Kim Kardashian.
Lewis took to Instagram to share a number of selfies while clad in a high-neck black jumper and blue jeans (think Steve Jobs) while pulling off in a number of silly poses.
One photo shows Lewis holding up his phone while the caller ID shows ‘Kim Kardashian’, and the next snap portrays Lewis, on the phone, while in a striking position next to a chair.
Clearly loving his fashion-forward photoshoot, Lewis also showed off his giant aviator glasses while putting his best model foot forward while staring down the camera.
Lewis captioned the comical carousel: “Discussing my upcoming skims deal @kimkardashian,” with SKIMS being Kim’s ultra popular shapewear brand.
Fans were absolutely lapping up the impromptu Blue Steel-eseque display, with one fan commenting: “the s in Lewis stands for skims,” while another said: “Lewis kardashian has a good ring to it.”
“Lewis capaldi x skims is what the world needs tbh,” a third fan wrote.
While we await to hear if Lewis is indeed the next face of Kim’s famous brand, the Before You Go star is currently promoting his new Netflix documentary, How I’m Feeling Now, in which he discusses his mental health struggles, as well as his Tourette’s syndrome.
On how his twitches have affected his life, Lewis said in the doc: "Either I feel like I’m going to be stuck with it forever or I’m going to die."
He says in the film, "The twitches became out of control, it was awful, absolutely horrific. I started to get in my head about it, you know these pressures about things. Rather than just me singing my silly little songs other people are depending on me."
Lewis talks about the pressure he feels to perform and how his Tourette's can make him feel disconnected from reality. Capaldi believes that sharing his condition with his fans helps him feel better.
He said, "If something’s going on with me, I’ll share it with the room... [It] makes me feel better to share."
How I’m Feeling Now is available to watch on Netflix now.
