More than 23,000 lego bricks have been used to build a scene of Sir Elton John at Glastonbury.

LEGOLAND designed the scene to coincide with resale tickets for Glastonbury next week.

Sir Elton John is one star set to play the world-famous pyramid stage.

He has been recreated in bricks at LEGOLAND as part of the Miniland attraction.

It took a team of makers 840 hours to create and is made up of around 23,916 bricks.

The stage is 65cm high, and features a tiny Sir Elton John.

There is no stone left unturned with this recreation, as there are even tiny portable toilets, tents, muddy fans and the famous Glastonbury letters.

This isn't the first time Sir Elton has been made in LEGO:

LEGOLAND is also hosting a festival called Springfest, from May 13 to June 5.

Bumblebee Girl and Lady Bug Girl are two new characters joining the Resort for the Spring festivities.

Kidz Pop will perform live on Miniland Stage across the May Bank Holiday Weekend (30th May - 2nd June).
