The Masked Singer has dropped yet another clue at who one of their costumed characters could be - and this time it’s Air Fryer!

The musical machine star is one of only eight contestants left still hiding their true identity, with lots of theories and clues already out there (keep up to date with our handy guide here!)

Tomorrow night (Saturday 27th January) the panel of Davina McCall, Jonathan Ross, Mo Gilligan and Rita Ora will have another chance to uncover the likes of Maypole, Owl, Cricket, Dippy Egg, Bigfoot, Piranha, Air Fryer and Eiffel Tower.

Before the costumes return to the stage, a brand new clue has just dropped about the potential identity of Air Fryer - check it out below!

In the clip, Air Fryer says: “I’ve been warming up an exclusive clue just for you. What if I told you that I can really relate to both sides of the planet?”

Hmm, how interesting…

Air Fryer’s first performance of Ava Max’s Kings & Queens had the panellist Rita Ora wondering if she was model Sophie Dahl, but her Chigwell related clue had the others pointing to Jessie J as a more confident theory.

On social media, fans suggested a variety of famous names including Alison Hammond. This theory is based on the fact that one clue involving the character seemed to hint they were a judge on a TV show, and Alison recently became one of the presenters on The Great British Bake Off.

Last week, it was Bubble Tea who was finally unmasked as Absolutely Fabulous star Julia Sawalha

The actor is probably best known for playing Saffron ‘Saffy’ Monsoon in the BBC sitcom, and coincidentally, her on-screen mother, Jennifer Saunders, was on the panel as a guest judge.

Jennifer ran down to the stage to give Julia a hug as she told her: “I thought you’d guess me immediately!”

Speaking about why she decided to take part in the ITV show, Julia said: “I wanted to do something that would really take me out of my comfort zone. I like to do jobs that actually I’m really terrified of because then they’re a big challenge. This lived up to that!”

The Masked Singer continues on ITV1 and ITVX every Saturday.
