Martha Collison has said farewell (for now) as she takes some time off to enjoy her pregnancy and some exciting new projects.
The chef has been part of the Virgin Radio family and the Graham Norton Show with Waitrose for three years and is an integral part of the show, rustling up a number of delicious treats for Graham and the whole team.
In January this year, Martha revealed she would be expecting a baby in spring and shared an adorable picture of her and her bump to Instagram.
In the caption, she wrote: “Christmas with our own little pudding, due to be ready in spring 🌿 #BabyBaker #BunInTheOven”.
Speaking to Angela Scanlon this morning, Martha said of her time on the show: “It has almost three years of Show Cheffing, and it has been such a delight.
“Now it’s best that I stay at home for at least a few months, and then we’ll have to wait and see. I’m still writing lots of recipes and have exciting things coming up next year.”
She added: “I wanted to thank the listeners for hearing me waffle on about food. Thank you very much to everybody.”
We wish you all the best, Martha!
