The Britain’s Got Talent grand final is nearly upon us, and the public and judges have chosen the acts they want to see competing for the prize.

Each night this week, two acts from the semi-final rounds made it through to the grand final—one decided by a public vote and the second decided by judges Simon Cowell, Amanda Holden, Alesha Dixon and Bruno Tonioli

So, who has made it through to the BGT 2024 final?

Abigail and Afronita

Dance teacher Afronita and her young student Abigail won the public vote in heat four of the semi-finals after wowing the audience with their Azonto routine to Brighter Days by Sigala.

The pair met in Ghana when Afronita started up a dance studio, and Abigail began attending lessons.

Northants Sings Out

The Northants Sings Out choir went head to head with Dance troupe Pheonix Boys after the judges' vote went to deadlock during heat four of the semi-finals.

It was down to hosts Ant and Dec to reveal who had the most public votes out of the two, and Northants Sings Out made it to the final.

Sydnie Christmas

Sydnie Christmas proved popular with the public after winning their vote in the third live semi-final this week.

The singer had also previously been awarded a Golden Buzzer by Amanda Holden.

Mike Woodhams

Singing impressionist Mike Woodhams went up against dancer Leightonjay Halliday after the judges’ vote went to deadlock in the third semi-final this week.

This meant the public vote decided who made it through to the grand final, and Mike came out on top.

Jack Rhodes

Magician Jack Rhodes soared into the final after receiving the most votes from the public in his semi-final. He impressed the audience and judges with a mystifying performance involving card tricks and breaking out of a TV.

Haribow

Double-Dutch troupe Haribow faced Ravi’s Dream Team choir after it was revealed that Jack Rhodes had won the public vote in heat two of the semi-finals.

Head judge Simon refused to make a decision, sending the vote to deadlock. Haribow came out victorious after receiving more public votes and went through to the final.

Innocent Masuku

Opera singer Innocent Masuku won the viewer’s vote in heat one of the semi-finals this week. He performed a beautiful rendition of Hans Zimmer’s Now We Are Free, which impressed both the judges and the public.

Ssaulabi Performance Troupe

The Taekwondo troupe went up against dog act The Trickstars in their semi-final after losing out on the public vote.

Alesha, Bruno and Amanda all voted for them, meaning Simon didn’t need to make a decision; however, the head judge confirmed he would have picked Ssaulabi Performance Troupe.

Alex Mitchell

Comedian Alex Mitchell went straight through to the final after winning the public vote. Alex has autism and uses his stand-up to poke fun at his tics and to normalise neurodivergence on mainstream TV.

Trixy

Magician Trixy wowed the judges with his mathematic-themed performance. He even brought out 2023 Britain’s Got Talent contestant ‘naked man’ Tonikaku for a surprise.

All that was enough to get him through to the grand final after winning the judge's vote over musicians Denise and Stefan.

The Britain’s Got Talent final airs live on Sunday 2nd June at 7:30pm on ITV and ITVX.
