Lord Alan Sugar may give great business advice — but he also appears to know a thing or two when it comes to style and what looks best on his friend Rylan Clark.
The business guru commented on a picture of Rylan rocking his natural-colour hair. TV host Rylan told followers on social media: "Stripped the hair colour out for a day."
The Apprentice boss encouraged: "Seriously as a good friend the all black look of hair and beard is not the best look. Time for a change mate."

Fans commented on X about Lord Sugar lending his own advice: "That is a true friend. Says it as it is not as you necessarily want to hear. The man is a keeper."
A second commented: "Would you ever change up your trim Lord? No matter what you went for you'd pull it off no doubt Lord."
A third inquired: "Would m’lord prefer an established stylist or a slightly cheaper trim by an apprentice?"

The former X Factor star, who started colouring his hair when he was 14, showed off his natural hair colour in 2022 with a retro photo showing off his ginger hair after being bullied at school.
The Celebrity Gogglebox star told The Sun previously:"I always struggled with how I looked growing up. At school I was the little fat ginger kid and used to get picked on.
"I was quite camp, so the gay thing played its part. I used to start dying my hair at 14."
He continued: "Do I sit here and have any regrets? Yes we all have regrets. I would love nothing more than to grow my hair out, stop colouring it, not have to trim my beard... but I created a look that people recognise."

The presenter, who was one of the famous faces in Celebrity Apprentice for Comic Relief, said previously that his time on the show was pretty traumatic.
"The Apprentice was potentially the worst three days of my life!" Rylan told OK! Magazine.
"You’re only allowed to do certain things at certain times, which is obviously what makes a TV show. It was like I was a contestant on The X Factor again where you’re not in control.
"I’ve worked so hard for the last seven years to be in control of when I go for a wee. And to be told I can’t go for a wee yet, I just found it really difficult!"
