One of the most memorable peripheral cast-members has spoken about their time working on Friends.
The massively successful series followed the lives of six pals in Manhattan, Rachel Green (Jennifer Aniston), Monica Geller (Courteney Cox), Phoebe Buffay (Lisa Kudrow) Joey Tribbiani (Matt Le Blanc), Chandler Bing (Matthew Perry) and Ross Geller (David Schwimmer).
You’ll recall how the latter dated Elizabeth, who was not only much younger than him, but was also one of his students when he was a university professor.

In an interview which was recently shared on the @theonewiththefriendsclips Instagram page, actor Alexandra Holden, who played Elizabeth, has opened up about the scene with Schwimmer that she cannot watch.
Elizabeth featured in the sixth season of the sitcom, and Alexandra said: “David was a lot more serious than I thought he was going to be. He's a really hard worker. That was actually a really nice surprise.”
She continued: "He really wanted to make sure that we rehearsed all of the scenes, and wants to make sure that everything is just right. And I really appreciated that."
Despite this, however, there is one bit that she is never keen on revisiting. “In a scene when he's telling me that we can't date because it's against the rules, and I start kind of getting turned on by what he's saying... it was so hard to keep a straight face because he's so funny," she said.
"I'm so embarrassed about that scene. I can't even watch it, it makes me blush, with all my breathing and stuff.”
She added: "That was an especially hard scene. Especially as it's embarrassing to get all hot and heavy like that."
Meanwhile, a storyline from the preceding season has led to a heartbreaking fan theory.
The theory relates to Phoebe Buffay's triplets, and specifically how she agreed to be a surrogate for her brother, Frank, and his wife Alice.
Having given birth, Phoebe asks if she can keep one of the three to raise herself, before handing them to Alice and Frank.
However, some fans have spotted aspects of the timeline which suggests that the babies may actually have been Phoebe’s own biological children after all. Read all about it here.
Friends is available to watch on Netflix.
