The Boss has shot down claims that he is set to return for a UK and world tour in 2019.
Springsteen is currently performing his sell-out one-man show ‘Springsteen on Broadway’ that will be aired on Netflix on December 16th.
He recently described his new record: “For lack of a better word, it’s a singer-songwriter album – more of a solo record.”
This album would his first new music release since 2014’s
Hinting about future touring plans, Springsteen said he will be getting “back to my day job” and that he’d be heading to the UK with the E Street Band “soon” in 2019 – exciting fans, however there was no direct quote attributed to The Boss.
He’s taken to Twitter to reveal his true plans for the year ahead.
