The Red Hot Chili Peppers confirmed a huge show at the site of the Pyramids in Egypt in March.

The band announced the show will be taking place on March 15 by posting a video to their Facebook page below.

RHCP have plans to release a new album titled 'The Getaway' which has been delayed due to recent California wildfires.

Drummer Chad Smith said, “We started to work on the new album, which, for us, is just getting in a room and making some noise and putting some notes together. And then the fires came, and the house we were working in – there was no damage, it didn’t burn down, but we couldn’t get back in there. So that halted our progress.”
