Chris Evans was recently delighted to discover a certain graph on the wall of the Times Literary Supplement's office next door to our studios here at the top of the News tower...
You can see the photo of the Duck-Rabbit illusion graph above!
The earliest known version of the illusion was a drawing in a 1892 issue of a German magazine called Fliegende Blätter.
The illustration was captioned "Welche Thiere gleichen einander am meisten?" ("Which animals are most like each other?") and "Kaninchen und Ente" ("Rabbit and Duck").
