Liam Gallagher's fashion and clothing line, 'Pretty Green' is anticipating going into administration next week.

The brand was founded in 2006 and named after The Jam's album 'Sound Affects'.

Speaking about the news on Twitter, Gallagher didn't seem too upset: “As long as we’ve got our health eh gotta put things into perspective. As you were PG I mean LG x”.

It has been reported by Sky News that the menswear label intended to appoint Moorfields Advisory to take care of an insolvency process. Some sources believe this is to give Pretty Green a period of time to secure new investment.

There is said to have been some interest from potential bidders, and If it is indeed bought, then a deal would be agreed after administrators had been appointed. In a statement, Moorfields said they are 'considering all options'.

Responding on Twitter to rumours that Mike Ashley could be a potential new investor for Pretty Green, Gallagher replied “F*ck him”.
