Twenty One Pilots' 2015 hit album 'Blurryface' is now officially the most streamed album by a group of all-time.

This is according to @ChartData on Twitter, which states that the album has gained 3.5 billion streams on Spotify alone.

The song 'Stressed Out' which appears on 'Blurryface' has over 1 billion views on Youtube adding even more to the listening figures.

Last Year Spotify confirmed that the most streamed album of all time from a solo artist is Ed Sheeran's '÷' (2017) followed behind by Justin Bieber's 'Purpose' (2015) but have not released the exact figures for either album.

This also comes with the news that this week the Twenty One Pilots most recent album 'Trench' has been certified Gold in the UK which means that the Duo have sold more than 100,000 copies here in Britain.
