David Bowie, Travis and R.E.M. - Sunday Night Live Classics on Virgin Radio Anthems

This weekend Michael Eavis, the founder of Glastonbury Festival, celebrates his 85th birthday - so we're playing live music recorded at one of the best-known and loved festivals in the world.
Ben Jones brings you David Bowie's headline performance from 2000, a Greatest Hits set that included songs he hadn't played live for decades, plus two sets from 1999.
Joining Bowie from the year before are R.E.M. and their headline set from the Pyramid stage and what is now a legendary performance from Travis who played the 'Other Stage'. When they played 'Why Does It Always Rain On Me?' the weather turned from sunshine to rain, a coincidence that was picked up by national news and worldwide by the press, resulting in the song becoming a huge hit.
