Ever had a déjà vu? Ever had a déjà vu? Weird, aren't they? In that moment you can feel like you're either losing the plot or you have magical powers.
A déjà vu - which we've borrowed from the French and translates back to 'already seen' - has been studied by Dr Karan Raj who has shared the information on his TikTok channel.
He told followers: "What is déjà vu? It's basically a glitch in your brain.
"It's when a new short term memory gets accidentally stored in the long term memory.
"So it feels like it's happened before because our brain is telling us it's an old memory. It's just sloppy admin by your brain."
