Will Smith strips off and vows to get in shape after 'piling on the pounds'

Movie star Will Smith has peeled off to prove he's carrying some extra love handles following letting go in lockdown. The actor admitted he's in the "worst shape of his life" but is on a mission (hopefully not that impossible) to get back in shape with a little help from his YouTube mini series.

Will shared his news online showing off his extra pounds and telling fans about his next small screen challenge. 

He wrote: "I'm gonna be real wit yall - I'm in the worst shape of my life.

"This is the body that carried me through an entire pandemic and countless days grazing thru the pantry.

"I love this body, but I wanna FEEL better. No more midnight muffins… this is it! Imma get in the BEST SHAPE OF MY LIFE!!!!! Teaming up with @YouTube to get my health & wellness back on track. Hope it works!" sic.

His next YouTube Original series: Best Shape of My Life will be a six-part unscripted show debuting later this year based on the 'fun, funny, inspirational, wildly adventurous, and deeply entertaining story of Smith challenging himself to improve every aspect of his fitness'.

According to YouTube, he'll chat with athletes and scientists in his own Will Smith-way as he tries to get back to his pec-ed peak.
