It's a scene that many people remember, with Cameron Diaz sporting a quiff thanks to some "hair gel".

Now the star has brought the look back on social media and fans are loving it.

It's been more than two decades since Something About Mary was released - 24 years in fact.

The scene featured Mary styling her hair with some - ahem - ‘gel’ she found on Ted’s (Ben Stiller) ear.

The clip is an advert for Diaz's wine brand called Avaline.

She's joined by comedian Benito Skinner, as some of her friends come to her house with wine.

Diaz is seen scrolling through her phone and looking at pictures from the film.

The doorbell rings and it's revealed that Skinner is dressed in the famous red dress and a blonde wig with the famous quiff.

Diaz looks shocked before recreating the look.

Fans shouldn't get their hopes up that Diaz will return to acting any time soon.

She told Gwyneth Paltrow on an episode of Goop Health: The Sessions in 2020: "I just decided that I wanted different things out of my life. I had gone so hard for so long, working, making films and it's such a grind."

"It's so intense to work at that level and be that public and put yourself out there. There's a lot of energy coming at you at all times when you're really visible as an actor and doing press and putting yourself out there.

"I'm sensitive to energy, some energies and not others, but I do get the overwhelming energy of the attention that's being put toward me."
