A few days after bravely sharing his cancer diagnosis, Hairy Bikers chef Dave Myers is back.

The TV star was seen sporting a new bald head during filming of his podcast, Agony Uncles.

Sharing a snippet of the podcast on the Hairy Bikers Twitter, Dave said: “The debut of the baldy biker (getting told off by his wife). Happy Friday folks!! Brand new episode of the Agony Uncles is out.”

At the very start of the podcast, Dave made sure to thank fans for their well-wishes after revealing his health struggles on the podcast the previous week.

Clearly in good spirits, he shared: “Thank you to everyone who has sent in a goodwill message to me.

“I do appreciate the good thoughts. I’ll get there. As you can see, I’ve embraced the baldness. I looked at my wife and she said, ‘You look like Stanley Tucci who’s been sleeping behind the library for a month.’"

Earlier this month, Dave announced the news on the same podcast that he hasn’t been “too well” recently, and is currently undergoing chemotherapy.

Dave revealed: "I've got to come clean now, I haven't been too well recently and basically, I've got to have some chemo, you know all this anyway, so this year is going to be a bit quiet for me, I'm not going to be filming, some of the festivals I'm not going to be able to go to, some may be okay but this year's a bit of a write off for us.

"I have had to speak up about this because I don't want to hide under a rock, but I would love it if people respected my privacy and just let me get on with it and give Si and our team all the support they need, that would be great. But look, the prognosis is okay, I'm going to be fine."

On-screen partner Si King recently gave an update on how Dave is doing while appearing solo on This Morning.

"[Dave]'s doing okay," said Si. "He remains really positive and pretty focused on his treatment. He's typically Dave, he's as tough as an old boot. He's doing grand, thank you for asking."

While making a mouthwatering chicken and spinach curry on the segment, Si went on to talk about how he felt doing the breakfast show without Dave.

He said: "It's a bit odd without my mate, I have to say. But, no, it's good."
