Great news from California as a teenager returns a lost handbag, expects nothing in return and gets the most incredible thank you.

Say hello to Adrian Rodriguez who found a handbag in a parking lot of a grocery store in San Diego and instead of handing it in, he decided to hand deliver the bag back to its owner, to make sure she got her cash and cards back safely.

The bag’s owner Eliana Martin wasn’t home, but Adrian left it with her roommates. Eliana used the security footage on her door camera to track Adrian down so she could thank him properly. He was so humble and kind that she started a GoFundMe campaign so her family and friends could express their thanks to this model teenager who could be mistaken for an average gang member if you judged the book by its cover. They raised $17,000 and every parent in San Diego and now the world is hoping their kid grows up to be like Adrian.

A news pupdate from here in the UK as we delve deeper into a story you may have heard Chris Evans talk about last week as an English family get their lost dog back the day after they lost her, with a ribbon from a dog show!

Say hello to Peter and Paula Closier, from West Sussex, who got that horrible feeling you get in the pit of your stomach when you realise that your pet has gone missing. They’d left the gate open and their beagle-cross, Bonnie, had gone walkies. Luckily for Bonnie, she was spotted by a fellow dog owner, John Wilmer, who happened to be on his way to a dog show, so he scooped Bonnie up to get her to an animal rescue shelter, but while he was at the show, he thought he might as well enter Bonnie in the rescue dog category and she won third prize!

After the show, he took to Facebook to locate Bonnie’s owners and so Bonnie ended up being returned to a relieved and mind-blown Peter and Paula with a yellow rosette around her collar!
