Catherine Zeta-Jones and Michael Douglas celebrate joint birthday after 21 years of marriage

How cute is this Hollywood golden couple? Welsh star Catherine Zeta-Jones has marked her joint birthday with husband Michael Douglas and told the world, 'Let the Games Begin'.

The actors, who turned 53 and 78 over the weekend and share son Dylan, 22, and daughter Carys, 19, have been married for over two decades and still look as loved-up as ever.

Posting a video during a helicopter ride, the former The Darling Buds of May star wrote: "It's our Birthday!! After 24 years of celebrating our special day together, I still look forward to it. I love you!!! A la votre!!!!!!!!!!"

She told fans: "All smiles as we start our birthdays!!! Let the games begin!!!!!!"

"It's our birthday!" Catherine says in the video, and tells her Basic Instinct actor husband: "Happy birthday, honey!"

A thumbs-up Douglas replies: "Happy birthday, darling."

Douglas shared a heartwarming photo of them both at an event where they first met last year and told fans: "My first night meeting Catherine at the Deauville Film Festival in 1998. I found out that she had the same birthday as me--tadaah!

"Then when I discovered she loved golf, I realised all my fantasies had come true. I've lucked out at this time in my life."
