We all want a better work and life balance, right?

Samuel L Jackson has mastered this, as he adds a clause into his contracts to make sure he's allowed to play golf twice a week.

The Hollywood A-lister has starred in many incredible shows and films, but he has managed to choose something to make his life much easier.

He previously said in an interview that he can "be a hard taskmaster for some directors."

Jackson says he likes to call the shots on set.

The star joked that he is "allergic to extra takes" when shooting.

He explained: "I’m at that point where I can say: ‘Uh, you know, that’s not going to be in the movie, right? We already got it, we got it when we did this, that and that. I’m not going to do that."

Jackson is an avid golfer, and has previously confessed that he plans his outfits the night before.

He has even played a round or two with former presidents Bill Clinton and Donald J. Trump.

He told CNN: "Generally, they either move me onto a golf course so I can play or join a club so I can play, and they have to let me play at least twice a week."

"I like golf because it's a perfect game for an only child like me... In this game, you get responsibility for everything you do bad, and you get all the credit for everything you do well."

What would you add into your contract?
