David Harbour from Stranger Things and White Lotus star Jennifer Coolidge have joined forces for a new movie, We Have a Ghost, which has just landed on Netflix, and viewers have taken to social media to share their thoughts.

It turns out that many of them are saying the same thing about the supernatural film.

The narrative follows teenager Kevin (Jahi Winston) who encounters a ghost called Ernest, played by Harbour, in the new family home.

Jennifer Coolidge co-stars as a medium, as Kevin ends up teaming up with Ernest to investigate the mystery of his past. Harbour’s friendly ghost can’t remember how he died and doesn’t know why he remains stuck in the house.

With the film having been out since Friday (24th February), it turns out it has made lots of people pretty emotional over the weekend. One Twitter user asked: “Ok, who watched 'We Have A Ghost' and cried? 🙋🏻‍♀️”

Someone else wrote: “Just watched We Have A Ghost on Netflix. That was so much more than I thought it was going to be. So good. And made me cry.”

Another person added: “We Have A Ghost on @netflix was very good. I didn't know what to think going into it, but it was so good. Made me cry pretty hard at the end. The entire cast was great, but @DavidKHarbour and @jahidiallo just stole the show. Such a heartfelt movie.”

A commenter said: “We Have A Ghost is kinda making me wanna cry because earnest is so sweet and everyone is being mean to him :((((( 😔”

Someone else tweeted: "Fully didn’t expect to sob at the end of We Have a Ghost."

So there you have it, if you feel like having a bit of a sob, then We Have a Ghost might just be the movie for you.

We Have a Ghost is available to stream on Netflix now.
