Easter is almost here, and with it comes a whole host of delicious - and imaginative - treats concocted by chocolate lovers.

One such recipe has only 2 ingredients, but looks to be a seriously delicious Easter breakfast treat.

The air-fried Creme Egg croissant ball sounds as delicious as it looks, and looks to be incredibly easy to make.

The Instagram account behind the recipe, @boredoflunch, said in the post: “Only two ingredients to make these and they’re unbelievable.

“Wrap cream eggs in @jus_rol croissant and pop in the oven or Airfryer. I Airfried mine for 8 mins at 170.”

And voila! Some perfect croissant balls with the creamy creme egg filling!

Each portion is only 386 calories, and it won’t require you to slave over the oven all day.

All you need is the pre-made croissant pastry, and your Creme Egg (if you can stand not to eat the whole pack in one sitting!)

Next up, roll the Creme Egg into a tight croissant pastry ball, and you’re ready to pop into the air-fryer. If you fancy a bit of ‘gram-worthy glaze on there, you can add some beaten egg on top before popping them in.

If you fancy something with a little less effort, Iceland is now selling a huge Cadbury Creme Egg dessert.

The Creme Egg is taking on a new form, in the shape of a dessert that follows the aesthetic of the classic egg and expands it. The pudding has a chocolate shell, and inside is everyone’s favourite part… the fondant centre. And between the two? A yummy white chocolate mousse.

Mouth-watering stuff!

And the good news is that the dessert is easily big enough for sharing with your friends and family. Or, of course, you can just have one massive slice all to yourself.

If you fancy trying one of these Cadbury Creme Egg desserts, then you can get hold of one for £6 from Iceland and Farm Foods stores.
