We’ve all got soaking wet in the rain at music festivals, but that’s nothing compared to one man’s experience of entering the Ultra Music Festival in Miami last weekend. Keen to attend the event, but without a ticket, music lover Jack Davidson pulled on a wetsuit and some flippers and attempted to snorkel his way in for free.

And the intrepid chap documented his adventure on TikTok.

The video shows how Jack’s attempt to literally swim his way into the festival - which took place at Bayfront Park on the coast of Miami - seemed set to fail after he was spotted by coast guards.

The TikTok clip shows the ambitious lad being pulled from the water by security, while the caption reads: “They caught me and put me in the police boat.”

However, that wasn’t the end of Jack’s adventure. Rather, things got much better from then on. Impressed by his attempt, security staff apparently not only let him into the festival, but gave him a VIP pass! “The cops thought it was so funny that they gave me a VIP band,” he said, along with a photo of himself with the crew who caught him.

The cheeky chap then made his way into the festival still wearing his wetsuit, while carrying his flippers. At one point in the video, he can be seen pouring a drink into his snorkel.

Jack commented: “Funny thing is, once I was in there, nobody questioned the outfit at all.”

Ultra Music Festival took place from Friday March 25 to Sunday, March 27, and was attended by 165,000 people over the weekend.

When one TikTok commenter questioned Jack’s story, saying, “This can’t be real,” the festival-goer replied: “100% true story! I think it’s crazy too but I promise it happened.”
