Who doesn't love a bargain hack, and this 10p trick will get your oven looking spotless.

If you need to get your oven clean, you don't need to break the bank.

A Mumsnet thread shared top tips and hacks on how to get your kitchen sparkling.

The good news is, you don't need to spend a fortune on pricey oven cleaners either.

Just raid your cupboard for a dishwasher tablet.

It turns out they can be used to remove stubborn grease from the door.

One mum wrote: "I wet a dishwasher tablet and rub it on the glass door – it cleans all the grease off.

"Wipe off the residue with a damp cloth, then dry," genius!

It turns out that they work for items as well as your dishwasher and oven!

They shared: "Incidentally, if you get gunk on your iron, iron a dishwasher tablet to clean that too."

When you think about it, it makes sense that a dishwasher tablet would work.

After all, they're designed to tackle tough grease on plates and cutlery.

Ovens are often marked with baked-on food, the same as our plates.
