Well, that's them told.
Matty Healy of The 1975 has urged Liam and Noel Gallagher to reconcile their differences and reunite Oasis for one last run.
The Manchester titans split on August 28th, 2009, backstage at the Rock en Seine festival near Paris, although rumours and hopes of a reunion have been ever present since.
Noel said in a statement at the time, "It is with some sadness and great relief... I quit Oasis tonight. People will write and say what they like, but I simply could not go on working with Liam a day longer."
But last month Liam claimed Noel had called him "begging for forgiveness", while Noel himself recently said "never say never", after, for years, stating reluctance for a reunion.
Now, in a new interview on Q with Tom Power aired by CBC, The 1975 frontman, Matty Healy, has encouraged the brothers to “grow up”.
“What are Oasis doing?” said Healy. “Can you imagine being in potentially – right now, still – the coolest band in the world, and not doing it because you’re in a mard [fight] with your brother?”
Healy added that he's fine with the brothers “dressing like they’re in their 20s and being in their 50s”, but not “acting like they’re in their 20s”, before adding, “They need to grow up.”
“They’re men of the people, and they’re sat around in, like, Little Venice and Highgate, crying over an argument with their brother," he added. "Grow up! Headline Glastonbury! Have a good time! Have a laugh!”
He thew shade at the brother's post-Oasis achievements.
“There’s not one kid, not one person, going to a High Flying Birds gig or a Liam Gallagher gig that would not rather be at an Oasis gig,” he said.
“Do me a favour: Get back together, stop messing around. That’s my public service announcement for today.”
Council Skies, the new record by Noel Gallagher’s High Flying Birds, will be released on June 2nd via Sour Mash.
And Healy isn't the only musician to be calling for an Oasis reunion in recent months.
Graham Coxon of Blur, whose own band are reuniting at a Wembley Stadium show this summer, recently said of their fierce Britpop rivals, “Just need Oasis to do it. Knock those brothers’ heads together.”
Over to you Liam and Noel...
