Sue him. Ricky Gervais is back with his new Netflix special Supernature and we can't wait. The award-winning comedian is streaming his second stand-up extravaganza on the site which is set to drop on May 24.

Filmed last year around the UK including the London Palladium, the Utilita Arena in Birmingham, Bank Arena in Liverpool, the SSE Arena at Wembley and Europe, the comedy legend says his material is better and bolder than ever.

In an interview earlier this year with Deadline, Gervais said, “I’m actually putting more into the show to keep it fresh and this spate of gigs are the best gigs I’ve ever done. I don’t know whether that’s because I’ve been doing the same stand-up for longer than I ever have before and I keep rewriting it and keep folding the samurai sword.

"If you do the same gig 50 times, it’s better than if you did it 10. Even if you don’t change the material, you do it better. But you do change. It evolves so it is better.”

The star is busy working on his next 'most controversial' show yet. According to The Sun, he told the audience recently: “The new show is going to be called Armageddon and it’s going to be about how I think humanity will end — whether we will evolve, go to another planet, or we destroy it with things at our disposal.

“People born this century are going to have a very different middle age to me.

“It’s my fault and the generation before me, the Boomers — with fossil fuels, deforestation, causing global warming, everything like that.

“So, 20-year-olds today, in 40 years’ time they’ll be huddled in their houses like prisons, wearing masks, afraid, in pain, crying . . . like they do now over jokes. I am going to spend all of my money on private jets from now on, to make sure it definitely f*****g happens.”
