It’s musicals week and Strictly Come Dancing has revealed what the remaining five couples performing ahead of the quarter-final this weekend (4th December).

We are inching closer and closer to the grand final of Strictly Come Dancing 2022 and every performance counts.

Musical week will see our remaining celebrity contestants take to the floor in the hopes of impressing the judges and the public to take them closer to lifting that glitterball trophy.

Here’s what to expect:

Fleur & Vito: Quickstep to I Got Rhythm from An American In Paris

Helen & Gorka: Couple's Choice to Mein Herr from Cabaret

Kym & Graziano: Cha Cha to Fame from Fame

Molly & Carlos: Charleston to Hot Honey Rag from Chicago

Hamza & Jowita: Samba to They Live In You from The Lion King

Will & Nancy: Foxtrot to Sun And Moon from Miss Saigon

On Sunday night (27th November), we sadly said goodbye to Ellie Taylor and Johannes Radebe after they ended up in the dance off against Fleur East and Vito Coppola.

Despite missing out on making it to the quarter-finals, Ellie told virginradio.co.uk that she is glad she did Strictly to get her out of her comfort zone.

When asked what the most significant challenge has been during her time in the competition, Ellie said: “I would say the biggest challenge would be the dancing, mostly because I’m not a dancer, I don't know what I'm doing. I'm very physically awkward.

“It's been a real sort of learning experience. It feels quite raw to sort of look at yourself with a professional dancer next to you as you are looking at a mirror trying to learn a dance.

“It's very humbling and I would suggest everyone do it. It feels a bit like therapy.”

To find out what else she loved about the competition and why it has given her a new-found confidence, read our interview with Ellie here.

Strictly Come Dancing continues Saturday 3rd December on BBC One.
